Thank you for being an Evaluator

You have now reached the end of your Evaluator journey as the procurement process for our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) draws to a close.
 
Since launching our Invitation To Tender (ITT) in March 2025, as Evaluators you have played an integral part in this stage of our EPR programme, and we want to say a huge thank you for your hard work, time and dedication in being an Evaluator.
 
Without you, we wouldn't have been able to reach this significant milestone. Your input at each stage - quality questions, supplier demonstrations, moderation sessions and site visits - has been crucial in enabling us to understand each potential supplier and their functionality. 
 
Over the next few weeks we will be finalising the procurement process and announcing our preferred supplier - which will have been chosen as a result of your honest evaluation and valuable feedback. You should be proud of your role in helping to shape and transform how we can deliver care in the future.
 
Our EPR journey has only just begun, and in the future there will be further opportunities to get involved in planning, change and transformation, and delivery of the EPR.
 
We hope that following your role as an Evaluator, you will be keen to continue as an advocate of the EPR programme as it develops. Together we can implement a high-quality, effective system that our colleagues and patients deserve.
