What information do I need before I request a job?
- Reporters name (or another staff member who is aware of the problem)
- Location of problem (building, room, floor etc)
- Brief detail of problem / request
- Contact details
- Any other useful information.
What happens after I submit my request?
If you have contacted the Estates and Facilities team via our online form, you will receive an email acknowledgement with a job reference number for further correspondence.
