Steps for payment process:

  1. Click "Other Payments".
  2. Click "Parking".
  3. Input your name, hospital attended and contact number.
  4. In the date box, please enter today's date (This is not the date of issue on the PCN)
  5. Please enter the amount stated on the PCN (This will be either £25 if paid within the first 14 days or £50 thereafter)
  6. To complete your payment, please only enter the following information in the “Additional Information” field:
    • Your Vehicle Registration Number
    • Your Parking Charge Number (PCN)

Both entries are mandatory. Please ensure that no special characters are included, as the system will not accept them.

7. Press continue, this will take you to a the checkout page, press continue again.

Information alert:

All payments must be accompanied by the Parking Charge Number and Vehicle Registration Number. Both fields are mandatory and must be completed before payment can be processed. Payments cannot be submitted without this required information. This ensures your payment is correctly allocated to your Parking Charge and prevents enforcement action.
