Change refers to the process through which something becomes different over time. It can occur in various parts of our lives- personal changes at home, changes at work or within our environment and often involves us moving from our current state to something new. Change is a natural part of life whether personal or professional and it can bring a mix of emotions. Even positive change can cause feelings of anxiety, uncertainty, or stress. This is completely normal.

Everyone experiences and copes with change differently. There is no “right” way to feel, and the process is rarely straightforward. It’s important to acknowledge your feelings and understand that it’s okay not to have all the answers straight away.
