Ged Jennings is the Enhanced Therapeutic Observations and Care Lead across Aintree, Broadgreen and the Royal.
Ged started in his post on 1 April 2026 and is committed to addressing current challenges colleagues face when delivering ETOC, such as:
- Inconsistent delivery and variation across sites
- Variable referral criteria
- Roles delivering ETOC - predominantly HCAs
- Unclear step-down processes.
