A Message to All E&F Staff
The Estates & Facilities workforce change programme is part of the University Hospitals of Liverpool Group's Stronger Together initiative. The aim is to bring teams together, improve consistency across sites and make sure our services are fit for the future.
All Estates & Facilities staff are included in this programme.
For many colleagues, day-to-day duties will stay the same. Some staff may receive updated job descriptions, changes to reporting lines, or information about new ways of working.
We understand that change can be worrying. We are committed to keeping staff informed, listening to feedback and providing support throughout the consultation process.
