This year, we have been donated two prizes that we will be offering  for the National Staff Survey window one for a team and one for an individual.

  • Individual Prize – Amazon echo dot

How will the prizes work?

Both prizes will be awarded via a random draw at the end of the window.

Team Prize:

We will complete a draw for any teams that reach the following criteria by the end of the window

Team size/category

Target response rate (% overall)

Small: teams of up to 30

80%

Medium: teams of between 31-60

70%

Large: teams of between 61-120

60%

XL: teams of 121+

50%

Individual Prize:

The Amazon echo dot will be awarded as an individual prize.

Anyone who completes the survey via a drop-in clinic or can evidence their completion at a National Staff Survey Roadshow can enter via a separate QR code.
