The aim for the EM Doctors Forum is to have a space for ethnic minority doctors to meet, learn from each other, encourage, and inspire others, celebrate achievements and contributions to healthcare and support the race equality agenda.
Purpose:
1. To provide networking opportunities with the aim of unifying ethnic minority doctors regardless of nationalities and socio-cultural backgrounds
2. To support the professional and career development of ethnic minority doctors
3. To provide leadership opportunities/exposure for ethnic minority doctors
4. To serve as a collective voice of ethnic minority doctors within the organisation through promoting the values of inclusivity and treating people with respect and dignity.
5. To encourage a wider participation of ethnic minority doctors on relevant conversations and events.
