Grasp the affected hand with the thumb across the palm to support and localise the movement. Bend the finger from its base as far as possible. Slowly straighten and repeat ten times hourly.
Move hand up to fix the next joint of the involved finger. Slowly bend the middle joint as far as possible. Slowly straighten repeat ten times hourly.
Fix the end joint of the involved finger. Bend the tip down as far as possible. Slowly straighten repeat ten times hourly.
