Managing Compliance
To request the removal of mandatory and/or role specific training competencies on your ESR profile that are not relevant to your role OR to request competencies are added to your ESR profile, that are required for your role, please use the L&D Support Portal
If the icon is not displaying on your desktop, please contact the IT department for assistance.
If you are a manager or are in charge of training and maintaining compliance in your area, please use the guides in the 'Related Downloads' section on this page for full support in how to access your reports within LIGHT. Please note, you must be compliant with Data Security to have access to this report. If you do not already have access to the LIGHT report, the guidance also includes instructions for how to gain access.
If you have access and have noticed that there are attachments against your staff that should now be there, or if something is missing from their profile, please log on the Learning & Development Portal and log this as a request for review with our education team.
