Liaison Tech/Hays/Swyft/Boiler applications we will use the following;
12 month applications we will be using a rate of £13.21
24 month applications we will be using a 'projected' rate of £13.71
36 month applications we will be using a 'projected' rate of £14.21
Please see any updates on the National living wage page relating to rates we use and Thresholds which employees cannot fall below.
We are using 'projected' rates inline with the National living wage rise each April and this means we have a 'buffer' to ensure that employees do not fall below the predicted NLW.
