Here at LUHFT, appraisals have changed to improve experience, to make conversations meaningful and to help ALL colleagues to feel valued, supported and clear on goals and contribution.
We want to ensure that ALL colleagues experience a quality, meaningful and valuable appraisal conversation.
There are now 3 different options and processes for Appraisers to choose from when deciding how to deliver the best possible appraisal experience for colleagues within your team or department.
