Respectful Resolution

We all play a pivotal role in shaping and influencing how we work together to build a safe, kind, inclusive culture.

A way to help do this is to feel comfortable to talk about any poor or inappropriate behaviours we may see or experience in our teams and to tackle these informally whenever appropriate and as soon as possible.

Respectful Resolution is a 5-step pathway which helps you to tackle poor behaviours, and support you to create a safe environment for your colleagues where they are addressed and discussed openly.

We have recently completed our pilot phase of rolling out the pathway across our organisation, and are now planning for our full launch across the coming months. Please check upcoming communications as well as this page for further updates.
