Option 3 New Starter Welcome Appraisal Conversation

This first welcome appraisal conversation is for colleagues who have been in post for less than 3 months and can form part of your local induction. This ‘check in’ appraisal conversation is designed to help colleagues to ‘land well’ into a department and is an opportunity to check in about wellbeing, the Trust Values and how these apply to a role and provides some early objectives.  To help, there are new starter standard objectives to choose from should you wish (see below).
