As part of our approach to improving ETOC across our organisation, our Corporate Nursing Team reached out to HCAs who regularly undertake general observations and personalised patient care plans to ensure they were involved in how the programme is shaped going forward.
A survey was produced and over 300 of our HCAs provided their invaluable insight into how we currently provide care for patients who meet the ETOC criteria. Below are a number of themes that have since been reviewed to ensure we continue to provide great care to our patients.
