What are staff networks?
Staff networks are a big part of what makes our Trust a supportive and inclusive place to work. They bring people together and create safe spaces where everyone can feel heard, valued, and connected.
As well as offering peer support and community, networks help shape how we do things as a Trust by feeding into policies, events, and decisions that matter.
They’re all about making sure everyone has a voice, feels part of the team, and can thrive at work

On National Staff Networks Day, we were proud to celebrate the incredible work of our staff networks by hosting a special online event that brought colleagues together from across the Trust.
The event provided an opportunity for our dedicated Staff Network Chairs to share the journey of their networks so far highlighting key achievements, personal reflections, and exciting plans for the future.
We were also delighted to welcome Paul Deemer, Head of Diversity and Inclusion at NHS Employers, who joined us to speak about the power, impact, and importance of staff networks across the NHS.
Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the event such a success.
