Information about your Staff Networks and how you can join.

What are Staff Networks and what are their purpose at the Trust?

Staff networks give colleagues the opportunity to come together around a shared purpose to improve staff experience within the organisation. Staff Networks provide protected spaces where colleagues can be open and inclusive, nurturing a culture of belonging and trust.

What Staff Networks can I join here at the Trust?

The Trust currently has four staff networks which are the Ethnic Minority Staff Network (ENSN) and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender+ Staff Network (LGBT+), Inspiring Women Staff Network and the Neurodiversity Staff Network.

On National Staff Networks Day, we were proud to celebrate the incredible work of our staff networks by hosting a special online event that brought colleagues together from across the Trust.

The event provided an opportunity for our dedicated Staff Network Chairs to share the journey of their networks so far highlighting key achievements, personal reflections, and exciting plans for the future.

We were also delighted to welcome Paul Deemer, Head of Diversity and Inclusion at NHS Employers, who joined us to speak about the power, impact, and importance of staff networks across the NHS.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the event such a success.
