It is important to give our volunteers a positive experience. We ensure they feel valued and supported in their roles. Volunteers, on average volunteer for three to four hours per week.
The volunteers help services and projects throughout the organisation in a variety of roles. They bring a diverse range of experience, skills and knowledge. They are an amazing group of people who enjoy making a difference. Not only do they improve our patients journey but also support staffs wellbeing.
