Current research:
This study compares two ways of using steroid creams to manage vulval lichen sclerosus: regular twice-weekly use versus using them only when symptoms flare up.It aims to find out which approach better prevents flare-ups, reduces long-term complications, and offers better value for patients aged 5 and older.
This study tested whether a non-antibiotic treatment called dequalinium is just as effective as standard antibiotics for treating bacterial vaginosis. It aimed to offer an alternative that may reduce antibiotic use while still effectively managing symptoms.
This small study will test a new system that measures oxygen and temperature inside the uterus during different phases of the menstrual cycle. It aims to see if these measurements show any patterns, helping to design larger studies in the future.
