Performance in initiating - performance on initiating for all interventional research
Performance in delivering - performance on delivery of research for all commercial interventional studies that have opened in the trust in the last 12 months.

The performance is measured against three targets:
Fifteen days from SSI submission to Trust Approval 70 days from SSI submission to first patient recruited in the trust Number of studies that complete target recruitment prior to study recruitment closure.
