The team's commitment and hard work throughout this change has been outstanding.

Catherine Crewe - October.JPG

Our first winner is Catherine Crewe, newly appointed Assistant Domestic Manager at Broadgreen Hospital. Since starting in July, she has led the recovery of three clinical areas that failed audits, liaising directly with clinical teams and personally overseeing weekly follow-up audits.
