Medical reruitment requires two layers of approval, initially via this form and then via TRAC for locally employed staff and form PPRA for training posts from the deanary.
The following form must be completed and approved before proceeding:
Application to Increase Medical Establishment
The approval emails are sent in sequential order, and each person must respond before it moves on:

Director of Medical Education (only sent if identified as an educational post)

Divisional Accountant (can respond 'Accept'/Reject' - flow will carry on)

*You have 30 days from when the application is submitted before the automation times out.
If a form does 'time out' you will be required to submit a new version.
