The UNITY Trial - A randomised controlled trial evaluating the clinical and cost effectiveness of IVF versus IUI for Unexplained Infertility
We want to compare whether it is better for couples with unexplained infertility to undergo 1 cycle of IVF (in-vitro fertilisation) treatment or 3 cycles of IUI (intrauterine insemination) treatment. We will then compare both the success and costs of these treatments.
Regardless of which treatment group you are allocated to, you will receive the usual follow-up care from your fertility team.
