Schwartz Rounds are open to all colleagues – both clinical and non clinical.
Schwartz Round’s provide colleagues with the protected time and a confidential space to discuss and reflect on challenging work experiences. They are unique in that their purpose is to bring colleagues together to listen to each other and explore human reactions to the experience of delivering care and the demands that staff face from day to day, but not to problem solve.
The sessions are led by trained facilitators and enable colleagues to hear from others in similar situations and share how the circumstances left them feeling.
